Store Policy
We have the rights to Refuse Service to anyone. Our products can not be resold if you are not a store location with a sales tax that we do business with or have come to an agreement about selling our product.
What color do you recommend for Trouts and Reds?
All of the colors we produce have been great for catching Reds, Trouts, Flounders, and Snook.
We have had customers sending us videos and photos of them catching Bass, Barracuda, Red Snapper, and Sheep Head.

What is the return policy?
To be eligible for a return, It must take place the day of delivery to your door step. If for some reason you received your package and the items are damaged, discolored, unpainted, etc. you are in fact eligible.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate one of two options. 1.) A refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies. 2.) An exchange for the same lures or different lures of the same value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Ex: If you purchased $30 worth of items and received them damaged and the shipping cost is $14.35 to return it back to us (once we approve a refund) you will only be refunded the $30 and not the shipping cost of $14.35)

When will I receive my order?
We ship out orders as soon as we finish producing the order.
As a small business of 4 family members, we ask for your patience to produce the order and ship out once finished.
Please allow 1-3 business days for production of orders. As per USPS, orders take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive.
